How To Plan A Beach Wedding
A beach wedding is always a romantic’s dream. The sand, water and sunshine make it such a peaceful location for a wedding. With any outdoor wedding there comes many considerations. A beach wedding also brings extra concerns because of the sand and water. The following gives considerations that any couple should make when planning a beach wedding to make sure that everything goes off smoothly.
1. Weather. This is a typical concern for any outdoor wedding. Beaches are windy, open spots, so there are more weather concerns than if the wedding were to be held in a backyard. Winds can get strong and therefore anything that could blow away or tangle up in the wind should be avoided or secured. The sun is also strong at the beach. Guests comfort should be considered. Guests should be made aware so they can bring sunscreen and dress appropriately. Shade should also be provided. Rain is always a possibility, so the couple should rent a tent just in case.
2. Special Beach Concerns. Beaches are made of sand. People sitting in chairs sink into the sand. This means a couple should rent a floor for the ceremony. The tide is another consideration. The couple should know when the tide comes in and how far, so they can plan the wedding in an area where they will not be flooded out. Due to the windy, noisy nature of the beach sound is another consideration. The couple should think about having a sound system to broadcast their wedding so guests can hear. If the beach does not have restrooms then the couple will have to rent those as well. Another thing for the couple to think about if using a public beach is that other people may be around. It is important to not stage the wedding in a popular spot. The rules of the beach must also be followed, so the couple should check those out ahead of time.
These two points mention the major things couples often overlook when planning a beach wedding. Of course the size of the guest list may affect some of these considerations. Whether or not the reception will also be at the beach may bring on more things to think about as well. Beach weddings are romantic and they often go smoothly. When couples really plan out the event a beach wedding can make this magical day even better.

Hawaiian Orchid Wedding
Filed under Wedding PlanningJun 29Hawaii is always a dream destination for your ideal wedding. A Hawaiian Orchid wedding is a beautiful, romantic, and even magical wedding that is fun to prepare. The orchid is a unique flower that, in nature, can be found in a variety of colors and shapes. Planning your wedding and using Hawaiian orchids as the main theme will give you many options for decorations, wedding cakes designs, attire, food, your announcements and other paper products.
Starting with the invitations, which should be sent 4 to 6 six weeks prior to your wedding date; you can create the atmosphere for your Hawaiian Orchid wedding. The invitation is the first hint at what type of wedding your guests will be attending. Whether you plan on an informal Hawaiian Orchid wedding set outdoors or as a large traditional church wedding, the invitations can say it all. The invitations can be embossed with unique outlines of orchids, have orchids imprinted on the background, or just have unique silk orchids attached to the invitation. The invitations should state according to who is hosting the wedding, what, when, and where. If the couple themselves is hosting their own wedding, it should be worded accordingly.
We, (the name of the couple with brides name first) request the honor of your presence at our wedding. The wedding will be held at (complete address), at (time of wedding) on (the date of your wedding). The last line could state that the reception is to follow or you could also include a reception card if the party will be at a different location.Once you have decided on your wedding invitations, it is now time to plan the decorations, food, wedding attire, etc for your Hawaiian Orchid wedding. When it comes to decorations, you will have to decide if you would like an arch. This can be a very romantic addition to any wedding. You can create a magnificent arch with the help of silk orchids, babys breath, and ferns. You can even color coordinate the arch along with your own bridal bouquet and the bridesmaids nosegays (try cheap bridesmaid dresses). Using orchids and other Hawaiian decorations such as leis will give your wedding a tropical feel even if your wedding is being held in a large city.
Food at your Hawaiian Orchid wedding is also very important. You may decide not to serve food at the wedding and only have cake and punch at your reception, or you may wish to go all out and have a Hawaiian luau.
Have fun planning your Hawaiian orchid wedding and enjoy the beauty, romance, and magic that this day will bring.

Dream Honeymoon Destination
You are a newly married couple and planning a dream honeymoon. And of course “Where to go?” is your first question. This article with guide you how to find a dream honeymoon destination.
The first thing a couple needs to determine is whether they want a warm or cold honeymoon spot, and whether they want to stay fairly close to home or venture farther away. A couple that likes to ski may want to choose a skiing destination, especially if they marry in the winter. Beach destinations are popular regardless of the season. If the couple wants to stay closer to home, they may save money. By going to a far away place, they may have an opportunity to visit a place they may not have traveled to otherwise.
Budget will also determine the honeymoon destination. Some couples choose to spend less on the wedding in order to have a fantasy honeymoon. Couples may even choose a resort honeymoon destination, be married at the resort, and then vacation there. This option is popular for weddings in Las Vegas or the Caribbean. There are many honeymoon options for couples who don’t have much money, but still want a memorable trip. Mountain chalets, small beach condos and road trips are all worthy of consideration.
If a couple decides on some sort of resort vacation, there is the all-inclusive option. This means that meals, many sports and other activities are included in the stay. All-inclusive trips are more expensive, but they do have some advantages, particularly in Caribbean destinations or other places where travel may be hazardous, such as a ski resort. When in the Caribbean, a couple may not want to rent a car or have to travel to restaurants to eat. An all-inclusive package means that meals are available on the hotel property, and usually drinks and snacks as well. However, some couples who may want to sample some of the local eateries may feel they are “wasting” the meals if they don’t take advantage of the on site restaurants.
Finding the perfect honeymoon package may be as simple as a visit to the Internet. Travel sites are always promoting honeymoon vacations and couples may be able to take advantage of these specials. Travel agents may also be helpful and may have information on packages not available online.
The most crucial aspect of choosing the perfect honeymoon destination is advance planning. Many disasters result from a lack of planning or not having a contingency plan. A couple should always purchase trip insurance for a honeymoon if they are flying to their destination in the U.S., and especially if they are planning on traveling out of the country. They should make sure their passports are up to date, and take care of visas or other travel documents well in advance of their departure date. Travel agents usually provide great assistance on these matters, and even if the couple didn’t book the vacation through a travel agent, consulting one about overseas travel may be a very good idea.
One good way to get the honeymoon started right is to get to the airport the night before, or break up a long road trip. Most airports have hotels and a couple who stays at the airport hotel does not have to worry about missing a flight because they got caught in traffic or overslept. If the couple is driving for more than about four hours after the wedding, or more than a couple of hours after an evening wedding, they should stay at a hotel at a good halfway point to their destination. They will be worn out from their day and may not be able to safely drive for long distances.
Starting the decision-making process early on, you surely find out the dream destination for your honeymoon.
